Kids - Little Dragons

4-6 years old

This is our “Pre-K” into the regular Taekwondo program. The Little Dragon’s mission is Character Development and building a positive Teacher – Student relationship.

Kids - Tae Ryong

7-12 years old

Along with self-defense techniques, Taekwondo students have daily training in Courtesy, Integrity, Self-control, Perseverence, and Indomitable Spirit.

Adult - Traditional TKD

Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art that not only teaches physical fighting skills, but also disciplines the mind and body.

It is a competitive Olympic sport.

Sparring Class

Sparring is the application of techniques in a sport simulation with a partner. This allows the student or player to strategize with their abilities and grow confident in defending themselves.
